Three operators. Four ways of working — brand, store, paid, creative. One way of running them: slow enough to think, fast enough to ship, small enough that the person you talked to last week is the one doing the work today.

We came up inside Oli & Hue because the founders we kept meeting needed a brand as much as they needed product. Bumbee is the consumer-brand studio of that family — the same standard of finish, the same allergy to shortcuts, the same opinion about what good looks like.

Six principles we won’t negotiate on.

    The people you meet do the work.

    The person you talk to is the person doing the work. No SDRs, no account managers, no overseas chain.

  2. 02

    We don't sell from a menu.

    We start from your reality — what you sell, who buys it, what winning looks like — and choose only the work that compounds toward it.

  3. 03

    Custom by default. Templates only when honest.

    Every brand gets work designed for it, not lifted from a deck. When something is templatable, we'll say so before we charge for it.

  4. 04

    Ship in weeks, not quarters.

    Most agencies confuse cadence with care. We move fast because slow is what kills founder-stage brands, not what protects them.

  5. 05

    The work has one job: move the brand.

    Did it sell, did it stick, did people remember it? If a piece of work doesn't move the brand forward, it doesn't ship — however pretty it is.

  6. 06

    Honest about what doesn't work.

    We tell you when an idea won't hold, when a direction failed, when scope is wrong. Trust beats velocity.
