When you submit a brief, request a free audit, send a message, book a call or subscribe to the newsletter, we collect the information you give us (name, email, company, message, store URL) plus standard request metadata (timestamp, IP, user agent) for spam protection.

We use Google Analytics (anonymised IPs) and Meta Pixel for aggregate site analytics. We do not run any cross-site tracking cookies beyond these.

• Reply to you from a real person at Bumbee.
• Send you the audit, plan or quote you asked for.
• Send newsletter emails only if you opted in.
• Improve the site based on aggregate analytics.

We never sell, rent, share or trade your personal data with any third party.

Form submissions live in our database (Supabase, hosted in the EU). Newsletter subscriptions live in the same system. Authentication-grade secrets are managed by Vercel and never exposed to the browser.

You can ask us to delete any data we hold about you at any time. Email hello@bumbee.studio with the subject “Data deletion” and we’ll action it within 30 days.

You can unsubscribe from the newsletter via the link at the bottom of every email, or by emailing us.
