Bumbee is a D2C launch and growth studio operated by Oli & Hue, offering ecommerce store builds, brand identity, performance ads management, creative production, social media management, SEO, CRO and ongoing care plans. Specific deliverables, timelines and pricing are agreed per-engagement in writing.

Project-based work (store builds, brand identity, CRO sprints) is billed 50% upfront and 50% on launch unless otherwise stated. Monthly retainers are billed in advance at the start of each billing cycle.

Lower-tier retainers can be cancelled with 7 days’ notice. Scale-tier retainers carry a 3-month minimum noted at the time of signing. Project work cannot be cancelled after kick-off, but you keep everything we’ve shipped to that point.

You own all final deliverables — designs, code, content, creative — once paid in full. We retain the right to showcase the work in our portfolio and case studies unless you tell us in writing not to before the engagement starts.

• Guarantee specific ROAS, revenue or ranking outcomes.
• Run email/SMS marketing or influencer programs.
• Cover third-party costs (ad spend, app subscriptions, model fees, domain registration) unless explicitly included.

We treat your data, accounts, P&L and strategy as confidential. We’re happy to sign a mutual NDA before any sensitive information is shared.

Bumbee’s total liability under any engagement is capped at the amount paid by you in the three months preceding the claim. We’re not liable for indirect, consequential or punitive damages.

Disputes are governed by the laws of India and resolved in the courts of Bengaluru.
